   In June 2018, we provided specialist advice to the Policy and Implementation function at the Education Council.

In May 2018, we facilitated a one-day workshop with a range of sector experts on family and sexual violence.

 In April 2018, Kororā Consulting completed a review of a NZQA business function. The review involved meeting facilitation, documentation review, analysis and report-writing.

Between August 2011 and March 2012, we worked with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority to refresh its Maori strategy, Te Rautaki Maori a Te Mana Tohu Matauranga o Aotearoa 2012 - 2017. Our tasks included meeting facilitation, engagement with Maori stakeholders, information gathering and analysis and report writing.

We provided executive management support to Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand's Public Sector Consultation Committee between August 2010 and June 2016.

    Between February and July 2016, we worked alongside a group of education industry providers, Education NZ, the Ministry of Education and NZQA to facilitate agreement on number of issues of mutual interest to all parties.

 In September 2015, we supported ENZ with its Advance PIF Self-Review by carrying out interviews with staff, using the PIF review model. 

In February 2015 and March 2016, we facilitated two-day business planning sessions with Education New Zealand's Leadership Team. 

In December 2014, we facilitated a strategy "away day" on international education with Education New Zealand's Board, its Stakeholder Advisory Committee, senior management team and invited representatives from selected Government departments and Crown entities.

 Over November and December 2014, we carried out an analysis of the Ministry's processes and practices in relation to Māori medium Professional Learning and Development.

Between March and December 2012, we provided specialist advice services to a significant policy project aimed at raising Maori learner achievement. The role involved the preparation of project management documentation consistent with Prince II project management methodology, project team meeting and workload management, and the quality assurance of key policy outputs.

In May and June 2012, we provided facilitation services for two management planning sessions for a newly formed group in the Ministry.

In July and August 2012, we provided facilitation services for meetings between the Ministry and a peak education sector body.

In August 2011, we chaired an education sector panel as part of the recruitment process for two senior management positions in the Ministry of Education.

In June 2011, we facilitated a two-day workshop with the Ministry of Education's Pasifika Advisory Group about the Pasifika Education Plan and 2011 Briefing to the Incoming Minister.

Between September 2010 and June 2011, we worked with the Ministry of Education to manage and deliver a project about the Treaty of Waitangi and education.

We worked with Te Puni Kokiri in 2014 to explore options for using its statutory monitoring function to sharpen state sector focus on effectiveness for Maori.

Pania Gray was an independent member of Te Puni Kokiri's Audit and Risk Committee between 2011 and 2015.

  Kororā Consulting was retained as a Specialist Advisor to the Office of Treaty Settlements on a Crown-iwi litigation between May 2013 – December 2018.

Between May and December 2011 and May and September 2012, Korora Consulting worked on executive lease with the Office of Treaty Settlements as a senior analyst in one of the Treaty Negotiations Teams.

In late 2012, we delivered two training and development workshops on meeting facilitation skills for the OTS historians team. We were also contracted to provide follow-up support by way of one-to-one coaching sessions over the first quarter of 2013.

  Over January to April 2015, we carried out an evaluation of Te Kura's implementation of its Māori Student Success Framework in 2014. The evaluation process involved document analysis and interviews with senior teaching and non-teaching staff in Te Kura.

Over August to November 2013, we carried out an effectiveness review of a curriculum leadership function in Te Kura. The review process involved document analysis and interviews with senior teaching and non-teaching staff in Te Kura.

We have facilitated several staff workshops for Te Kura over 2013/14. The workshops covered a range of topics including, Te Kura’s review of its Māori Responsiveness Strategy and the re-design of Te Kura’s non-financial performance metrics. We also facilitated Te Uepu Kotuitui 2014 in March 2014, Te Kura's inaugural Māori Staff Hui.

Over June - August 2014, we worked with the Ministry for Primary Industries to manage a cross-organisational policy project on MPI's approach to its grant and science research procurement.

In March 2014, Pania was invited to join the State Services Commissioner on an interview panel for a public service chief executive.

In June 2014, Managing Director, Pania Gray was invited to, and carried out a peer review of Career New Zealand's Career Education Benchmarks - Secondary Education, before their re-publication.

Ministry of Social Development.

Over November and December 2011, we carried out a review of a policy and support function for the Ministry of Social Development. The review involved document analysis and interviews with senior officials from government and non-government agencies.

We prepared a corporate communications strategy in October 2010 for the Education Review Office (ERO).

Between December 2010 and April 2011, we assisted the Tertiary Education Commission to prepare a framework for reviewing tertiary education institution (TEI) annual reports. We also carried out reviews of a sample of 2009 TEI annual reports to identify good annual reporting practice.

In November 2010, we provided advice to inform the preparation of, and quality assurance over selected Parliamentary Select Committee briefings for the Office of the Auditor-General.

In December 2010, we carried out interviews with the Department of Labour's senior leadership team and key external stakeholders as part of the Department's review of its Finance Division. We reported on the results of the interviews in January 2011, and provided independent quality assurance of the Finance Division review report in February 2011.

In October 2011, we carried out an independent quality assurance review of a consultation document for the Department's review of its Information Management Division.
