Kororā Consulting Managing Director, Pania Gray (CMInstD) also holds a number of appointed governance positions. Pania is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Pania is the Acting Chair of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), a member of the Te Herenga Waka: Victoria University of Wellington Council and is an independent director of Education Services Limited. She is an independent member of the Te Mātāwai Audit and Risk Committee and serves on the board of the New Zealand Film Commission.
Pania is the former Board Deputy Chair of the Academic Quality Agency for New Zealand Universities and member of the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER), retiring from both governance positions in late 2018.
Pania served two terms as an elected parent trustee on the Hutt International Boys' School (HIBS) Board of Trustees (2013 - 2019), as a Director on the Board of CORE Education Limited (2018 - 2022) and a trustee on the Māori Education Trust (2019 - 2022).
